Clare lives every moment mindfully.
Clare Anderson was lead to yoga through her career as a professional Aerial Circus Artist. She began practising yoga as a way to increase her awareness of her body in space and as a restorative therapy. She teaches alignment-based Hatha yoga, with creative adaptations. Her aim is to lay out a stable foundation that more challenging poses can be built onto. Clare’s classes are best suited for students who would like to find length and strength within their own body, who want to be comfortable in their skin and work with what they have to the best of their ability.
